Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is with

THEEB AI is operated by KABi. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you name at sign-up, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What the service does

THEEB AI sources, screens, interviews and drafts offers for candidates using autonomous agents. Agents draft; they do not send. No message reaches a candidate, and no offer is issued, until a named user of your organisation approves it. That approval is recorded against their user account.

3. Your responsibilities as an employer

You remain the decision-maker and the data controller for your hiring. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will not use the service to discriminate on any ground prohibited by the law that applies to you.
• A human being makes every final hiring decision. Our scores and reports are inputs to your judgement, not a substitute for it.
• You are responsible for the lawful basis on which you contact candidates, and for honouring their requests to stop.
• You will not upload data you have no right to process, and you will not use the service to build a candidate database for resale.

4. What the service will not do

These limits are built into the product and are not configurable. THEEB AI does not infer emotion, sentiment, tone, personality, honesty or cultural fit; does not predict whether someone will leave a job; does not process candidate video; and does not produce an AI-generated high-potential or succession judgement. Any evaluation we produce is grounded in evidence you can read.

5. Credits and billing

Metered actions are charged in credits at the rates published on the pricing page. Plan credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Purchased top-up credits are valid for twelve months and are used only after the cycle allowance is exhausted. A contact you have unlocked stays unlocked — you are never charged twice for the same person. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

6. Your data stays yours

Everything your organisation creates in THEEB AI — your roles, your notes, your evaluations, your pipeline — belongs to you, is isolated from every other customer at the database level, and is exported to you on request. We do not train models on your data.

7. Availability, liability and changes

We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance. Where a plan includes a service level, it is stated on the pricing page. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will notify account administrators before the change takes effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
